*Recap!*

We wake up in the morning

and we have so much on our minds.

Each person

has their own challenges.

Their own tests in life.

And yes— we handle it.

But it still feels like a lot.

Things to solve.

Things to figure out.

And it feels bigger

than we can handle.

Health.

Debts.

Work.

Shidduchim.

Relationships at home.

And we think,

how am I supposed to juggle all of this?

When the mind has too much—

it freezes.

This is not laziness.

It is just feeling overwhelmed.

So what happens?

We don’t move.

We delay it.

We hope things will somehow work out.

There are two types of people.

One person freezes

and leaves it up to Hashem.

The other person

tries to do everything alone.

But that’s not how it works.

Kabbalah teaches us

something very profound.

Hashem is not asking us

to solve everything.

*He’s asking us to start.*

To do our part.

Sometimes—it’s just one phone call.

There was a poor man

who gave a small amount

to tzedakah.

For him— it was a lot.

After that

he started seeing

a lot of blessing

in his life.

He came to Rabbi Levi Yitzchak

of Berditchev

and said—

“It was just a small amount…”

Rabbi Levi Yitzchak told him—

It’s not the money.

It’s not the amount.

*It’s that you opened a channel.*

By giving— you did your part.

And that’s what opens the flow.

Rabbi Chanina ben Dosa

prepared a beautiful stone

to bring to the Beit Hamikdash.

But it was too heavy.

He didn’t have money

to hire people.

He tried.

He couldn’t move it.

So he put his hands

under the stone.

And then—

five men came.

They were angels.

They helped him

bring it to Yerushalayim.

*What changed?*

*Not the stone.*

*Not his strength.*

*He started.*

The Torah says:

Open for Me

a small opening—

like the eye of a needle.

And I will open for you the entrance of a great hall.

In Kabbalah:

Itaruta Deletata—

When you move below.

Itaruta Dele’ela—

movement comes from above.

You move a little—

and much more opens.

This week’s Parsha—

Kedoshim.

Be holy.

It sounds big.

But it means—

be a little more refined.

One mitzvah.

Five minutes.

One real step.

Hashem counts it

as something big.

*As long as you start.*

Exercise of the week:

Every day—

one small action.

Something you have been avoiding.

Health—

call one doctor.

Parnassa—livelihood

one call.

one email.

Shidduch— finding a soul mate - one conversation.

Relationships—

one message.

If not every day—

then once a week.

*But do one thing.*

Don’t let time pass

without doing your part.

Because that one step

opens everything.
